"My position is clear on this issue if you can call a position of questions, clear. If the government can pass a law making it illegal to smoke in a bar for heavens sake, what will keep them from someday determining that eating fast food is so dangerous to your health, that they pass a law, that in turn, closes all fast food restaurants? I mean really, even if you don't own a small business that will, without question, be adversely affected by the no smoking law, you have to ask yourself, where has all our freedom to make our own choices gone?
