Susan Williams captured the 2006 AWBT overall points championship when she finished in fourth
place at the AWBT's 2006 10th and final stop at Sixshooters.
Susan knew going into the final 2006 event that she may have to finish in the top five in that event to
hold on to her overall points lead and that is exactly what she did.
Kristin Haney defeated Susan Mello in the finals of the last stop while Anne Gray finished 3rd at
Sixshooters.
Susan Williams' top four finish at Sixshooters gave her a total of 995 points for the year and earned her
an invitation to all of the 2007 WPBA Classic events. Susan Mello's 2nd place finish at Sixshooters left
her 40 points behind Susan Williams in the 2006 overall points race. Kristin's 1st place finish in the
final event left her in third place for the 2006 overall championship points race. Tucson's Michelle
Trevino finished in fourth place in the final 2006 points standings.
