And the beat goes on and on and on..........
Ellerman wins again.......... this time at Alexander's 3rd Annual Bob Klimas Memorial Tournament
The Texas Tornado, Vivian Villarreal, makes surprise appearance.
Alexander's Sport's Bar held the 3rd Annual Bob Klimas Memorial 9-Ball Tournament on June 2nd, 2007.
Thirty - three players entered the tournament, including a surprise entry from the "Texas Tornado"
herself, Vivian Villarreal.
Mitch Ellerman captured the hot seat
by defeating Tony Confalone. Mitch
waited for the finals while Tony, Mike
Williams, Don Westbrooks, Troy
Ridder, Chuck Evans, Dennis
Orender, and Jimmy Mendoza battled
in out on the losers side to see who
would meet up with Mitch in the finals.
When it was all said and done, on the
one-loss side, it was Tony who
advanced to the finals to play Mitch.
The tournament was a true double
elimination tournament with the
players racing to (2) games below
their handicap.

Mitch defeated Tony in the first and only set of the finals to capture first place and the 1st place payout of $630.00. A special
thanks to Ed Scott who donated a new Jim Griffin Norwella cue valued at $900.00. The cue was won by Mr. Chuck Evans who
finished 5th in the tournament. Alexander's added $300.00 to the payouts. Thanks to all of you that made their way to Alexander's
to remember Bob Klimas, an Arizona pool legend, who left us way too soon!
