On May, 5th, 2007, Alexander's Sports Bar held a
Mixed Scotch Doubles 8-Ball tournament as a
warm up tournament for the BCA Nationals in Las
Vegas, later this month. The entry fee was
$40.00 per team and side pots were offered to all
teams. Alexander's added $250.00. Twenty-one
teams entered.
Tres Kane and Sara Miller won the tournament.
Tres and Sara captured the hot-seat then waited
for their opponents which turned out to be Jim &
Bianca Rabatin. The Rabatins won the first set of
the finals to force a second and deciding set.
Tres and Sara bounced back and won the
second set and the tournament.
